Yes, you can take the certification course without 0 experience in BCM.
You may click Forget ID or password from DRI’s dashboard and a reset email will be sent to your registered email.

Your DRI ID allows you to:
- Register for training courses and exams
- Access course materials
- Apply for certification
- Submit CEAPs
- Submit your yearly maintenance fee
- Take an online course or exam
- Print your Certification (member) Card

- Update your information with DRI International
If you could not attend the course or workshop, you may transfer the registration fee to a future training/course or substitute another individual from the same company, but you must contact the course registrar about these changes prior to the first day of the course and rescheduling must occur within twelve months of the originally scheduled course. Administrative fee of RM100 applies to this as well.
Course payment has been remitted: If you cancel your attendance two weeks before the first day of the training/course, DRI GCC will refund your registration fee minus a RM100 administrative fee.

No, Professional Business Continuity Management Certification Course (BCLE2000) – ABCP/CBCP is a totally different certification course. BCLE2000 has separate contents with Cyber Resilience for the Business Continuity Professional Certification Course, therefore one who registered the course shall attend the full course and online exam.
Yes, if your certification has been expired more than one year and you wish to renew your certification, you may proceed to your DRI portal and make payment of your renewal fee using your credit card.

No, each of the certifications that may be held through DRI International is totally separate and stands alone.
In order to have a reference request resent, log into your DRI account, view your application, select “View/Edit Reference,” select the area you need to resend the reference email, select “Change/Resend Reference” and click “ok”. This will resend the email to your reference.
In order to change a reference, you will need to log into your DRI account, view your application, select “View/Edit Reference,” select the area you need to replace the reference, type in your new reference’s name and email address, select “Change/Resend Reference” and select “ok.” This will replace your reference and send your new reference the email.
Kindly note that the score is not available for viewing and participants are only able to view “pass/fail” for all DRI exams.
The exam result will be out within 2 weeks to 1 month. It all depends on the traffic.
The BCM qualifying exam duration is 2.5 hours, consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, with a passing score of 75%.
