DATO’ Ts. DR HAJI AMIRUDIN ABDUL WAHAB is the Chief Executive Officer of CyberSecurity Malaysia, a cybersecurity specialist and technical agency that monitors e-sovereignty of the country.

He has more than 30 years of ICT working experience in telecom and IT sectors in both public and private sectors. He holds a PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Duqubue, Iowa, USA, a Master’s in information technology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), and a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Under his leadership in CyberSecurity Malaysia, Dato’ Dr Amirudin has contributed to various Malaysia’s achievements and was appointed Chairperson to various local and international platforms.

Dato’ Ts. Dr. Amir is an Adjunct Professor at various institutions of higher learning in Malaysia, including an Honorary Doctorate in Information Technology (Cybersecurity) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). He has received numerous awards and recognition, the most recent being conferred a National Technologist Award 2024 by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia. On October 16, 2024, His Majesty the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong approved his appointment as a Member of the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre (NFCC) Advisory Board. In November 2024, he was appointed as the Advisory Panel of the Bumiputra Economic Study Institute for University Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM).

Rod is the Founder, Managing Director & Principal Consultant of OpsCentre. He is the Australia and New Zealand Country Representative & the Lead Instructor for Disaster Recovery Institute International, the oldest and largest NFP organisation serving resilience professionals.

He has over 25 years’ experience in Risk, Resilience, BCP, ITDRP & Information Security projects across Asia Pacific, for 140+ clients and over 420 client consultancy projects. He chairs the Adaptive Business Continuity Advisory Group; an international think-tank committed to developing new resilience and business continuity methodologies and practices.

Mr. Mel Cabodil was the founding President of the Business Continuity Manager’s Association of the Philippines (BCMAP), the official forum organizer of the Business Continuity Institute from the United Kingdom and represents Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) classes in the Philippines.

His extensive experience on disaster recovery made him the first Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) of Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) in the Philippines. He is currently the Executive Director of DRI Philippines.

His experience and competency led him to various management roles in consulting, sales, pre-sales, project delivery and general business management. He has extensive multinational exposure having been part of various ASEAN roles in consulting, sales and project delivery. He has led a number of SMEs and IT practitioners from various countries to deliver IT solutions in the region.

Mr. Cabodil earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology.

She began as a Management Associate in CITIGROUP and joined PETRONAS holding various positions from risk management to strategic planning, have been in international operations including in Sudan through civil wars and joint ventures with Oil & Gas multinationals such as CNODC, Sinopec and ONGC.

In 2012 she led Upstream International in pioneering Enterprise Risk, Country and Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the international operations before joining Downstream Business Portfolio Risk Management & BCM to lead Risk, Crisis Management & BCM covering over 120 entities in 30 countries.

In this leadership role, she introduced innovative approaches in driving risk culture, emerging risks, integrated supply chain BCM for Refining/Trading, Petrochemical, marketing and provided risk advisory to the Executive Committee and Leadership Teams.

In 2020 she joined Indorama Ventures, a Global Petrochemical company with over 15 business verticals including PET, Specialty Polymers, Recycling, Fiber – Hygiene, Lifestyle, Mobility and Int. Oxides Derivates and surfactants. As Global VP Risk Management & BCM, Nonie leads a diverse global team overseeing over 140 plants in 38 countries across 6 continents. She is also Chairman of the Risk Management Council, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is a member and secretariat to Sustainability ESG Council.

Now, she heads Group Risk & Assurance at Gentari, PETRONAS flagship sustainability business, leading Clean Energy industry transformation into renewable energy, green hydrogen and green mobility for the nation. She oversees enterprise risk and business continuity management across 6 business segments and 107 entities globally.

Syed Fairul Al-Mashoor is at the helm of the Sustainability Centre of Excellence (SUSCOE) at Group Sustainability (GSUS) Bursa Malaysia, guiding companies through the intricacies of their sustainability and decarbonization endeavours – mainly the listed issuers and their value chains. Throughout his career, Fairul has demonstrated excellence in executing Sustainability assurance and verification projects across diverse sectors, including oil & gas, agriculture, FMCG, TMT, manufacturing, and construction in Asia. His extensive skill set encompasses compliance auditing & assurance, technical review & monitoring, project management, strategy formulation, innovation, due diligence, corporate governance, executive & BOD capacity building, advisory services, and advocacy work.

Suresh Srinivasan is a recognized cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of global experience in cyber security, privacy risk management, and digital resilience. As Group Head of Cyber Security & Data Privacy at Axiata Group Berhad, he leads the cybersecurity Governance and Privacy Risk Management for one of ASEAN’s largest telecom and digital conglomerates.

Awarded as the Business Value CISO among the ASEAN CSO30 and named among the ETCIO Transformative CIO 2024, Suresh is a regular speaker at global forums, including Black Hat and LEAP, where he shares insights on the future of cybersecurity. He is actively shaping forward-looking concepts like the Digital Storm, the converged risk landscape arising from AI, Quantum, IoT, 5G+, and Cloud/EDGE computing.

A champion of cyber innovation, Suresh has led the development of HELIOS, an AI-powered Threat Exposure and Attribution platform, which is patent-pending and a recipient of multiple innovation awards. He also serves as a Programme Leader at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and an Adjunct Professor at Perdana University, mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.

With two decades of comprehensive experience in corporate security and physical security, Victor brings a wealth of expertise in global security and risk management to the table. Presently, Victor oversees the Asia Pacific region for a Fortune 150 company in the heavy equipment industry. In this role, he plans, directs, and manages the corporate security and business continuity programs and initiatives that assure and enhance the security and safety of the employees and physical assets. Victor also has substantial expertise in crisis management, physical security, supply chain security, operations security, investigations, manufacturing security, and travel security.

Victor has held various security leadership roles and prior his current role, he was the regional security senior manager for a Fortune 100 company in the technology industry, in which he managed the development, planning, and implementation of company industrial security programs for the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Victor also served as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Ambassador at the country level.

Victor is a graduate of the University of Science Malaysia, and he holds professional designations as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from DRI International. Victor has completed the Next Generation Security Leader Program by Security Executive Council. Also, he has attended the Cranfield Dedicated Global CEO Programme by Cranfield University (School of Management), England and completed the Professional Certification in Human Resources by Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI). Victor is an award winner of 2024 Southeast Asia OSPAs for the category of Outstanding In-House Security Manager/Director and a finalist for the same category in the Global OSPAs for 2024.

Currently, Victor is serving as the Private Sector Co-Chair for Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Malaysia Country Chapter and a Board of Director for the ASIS International Asia Pacific Board. He served as Chairman for ASIS International Malaysia Chapter from 2022-2024. He is also a State Liaison Committee member for the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) Penang chapter and the DRI Malaysia (Disaster Recovery Institute) BCM Committee member.

Nathaniel Soo is currently the Regional Senior Manager of Cybersecurity at GE HealthCare. He is an information security professional with more than 17 years of experience primarily in the FSI space of Singapore and Malaysia. He was also a past Director of Communications for the Malaysian chapter of ISC2, and holds dual degrees in accounting and business systems from Monash University.

Prof Jazri is the founder of CyberSecurity Malaysia, co-founder and the first Co-Chair of Asia Pacific Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), the founder and the first chair of OIC-CERT. He was the recipient of the prestigious Harold Tipton Lifetime Achievement Award by the ISC2 for his contribution to cybersecurity in Malaysia and active participation globally.

Prof Jazz graduated with PhD in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) from the National Defence University of Malaysia and the alumni of the Royal Holloway University of London, alumni of the University Putra Malaysia, alumni if the UiTM, and alumni of the University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA.

He is also awarded as the honorary member of the Malaysian Society of Cryptography Research 2024-2027 and the Director of the Global Alliance of Cyber Safety.

She is experienced in multiple fields of communications and crisis management, ranging from construction, broadcasting, oil & gas, banking and aviation industries. Amongst her more notable achievements were managing the re-branding launches of Caltex Oil Malaysia Limited, Al Rajhi Bank and Maybank Investment Bank.

She is deeply trained to handle Crisis Communications in Caltex and she was also a volunteer Care-Giver Manager for the crisis victims and Next-of-Kins (NoK) of Kudat, MH370 and MH17 airline crashes.

Apart from a Bachelor of Education, Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL), Anneliza is also an accredited NLP Practitioner (ABNLP), TimeLine Therapy® Practitioner, Master Class Educator (BKI) and certified HRDF Trainer.

Han Ther holds multiple cyber security certifications including CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, CCSK and SCF. He has served as one of the past Board of Directors on the Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA) Malaysia’s chapter and is serving as the industry advisor panel (IAP) for Monash University Malaysia’s Faculty of IT.
